Role Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of turnkey corporate interior fit-out projects across India.

The role demands strong on-site leadership, client coordination, cost control, and cross-functional execution expertise across interiors, MEP, HVAC, electrical, and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage corporate fit-out and turnkey interior projects from project kick-off to final handover

- Oversee on-site execution ensuring adherence to approved designs, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines

- Act as the single point of contact for corporate clients and ensure effective communication and reporting

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project delivery

- Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, cost plans, and cash flows to ensure project profitability

- Plan and manage manpower, materials, and resources to prevent delays and cost overruns

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies at site

- Coordinate with design, technical, and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of execution

- Monitor progress using project management tools and provide regular MIS and status updates

- Manage risk identification, issue resolution, and change management during execution

- Ensure timely completion, snag-free handover, and proper project close-out documentation

- Travel across India as required for multi-location project execution

Required Experience:

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of hands-on project management experience on active sites

- Proven experience in corporate fit-out interiors and turnkey corporate interior projects

- Exposure to execution of office interiors, corporate headquarters, and commercial office spaces

- Strong experience managing HVAC, electrical, MEP, safety, and security systems

- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously across locations

- Background in working with reputed corporate clients and stakeholders

- Experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects

- Sound knowledge of corporate interior execution standards and methodologies
