Reports To: Regional Lead - Projects

Key Purpose of the Role

This includes coordinating and completing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and delivering comprehensive updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

- Set project deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.

- Ensure resource availability and allocation based on project needs.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Risk Register, weekly progress reports, and client-specific requirements.

- Proactively monitor all deliverables (drawings tracker, material tracker direct & vendor) and flag issues with mitigation plans.

- Based on approved design and BOQ specifications, align with site vendors/PMC to initiate projects.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations.

- Oversee budget planning, tracking, and management to ensure financial objectives are met.

Planning & Organizing:

- Proactively track deliverables, including design drawings, materials, and vendor supply chains.

- Prepare and maintain schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all project stages.

- Manage project risks by identifying issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Excellent leadership and analytical skills to drive successful project outcomes.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, manage time efficiently, and multitask in a dynamic environment.

- Strong budget handling and financial management skills.

- In-depth understanding of legal and compliance requirements in architecture and construction projects.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Behavioural Competencies:

- Strong logical reasoning and numerical ability.

- Creative mindset with the ability to convert ideas into business opportunities.

- Knowledge of legalities and compliance requirements in architectural contexts.

- Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.

Education:

- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
