MDP Infra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of building construction projects. The role involves ensuring delivery within defined timelines, cost, quality, and safety parameters with hands-on involvement in planning, coordination, and site management. The Position requires strong execution capabilities in RCC works, finishing activities, and coordination with consultants, clients and site teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute civil construction works, including substructure and superstructure.
2. Manage RCC Structural works and finishing activities.
3. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth project Execution.
4. Monitor and control the project schedule, cost, quality, and productivity.
5. Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance.
6. Oversee resource planning, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
7. Drive timely client billing and certification of subcontractor bills.
8. Track project cash flow and cost control.
9. Maintain IDPRs, progress reports, and MIS documentation.
10. Resolve site Issues and ensure timely decision - making for execution challenges.
Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of ROC Construction, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
2. Basic proficiency in planning tools such as MS Projects/Primavera.
3. Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors efficiently.
4. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Focus on execution efficiency, quality, and cost control.
6. Interpersonal and Communication Skills, both in writing and speaking.
