Project Manager - Compliance & Regulatory

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end compliance and regulatory projects, ensuring alignment with applicable laws, standards, and internal policies.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or compliance gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure regulatory adherence and audit readiness.

- Facilitate effective communication and reporting to stakeholders regarding compliance status, risks, and project milestones.

- Conduct regular compliance reviews, audits, and assessments to ensure ongoing regulatory alignment.

- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on compliance-related requirements and best practices.

- Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry developments, proactively recommending process or policy updates.

Skills Required:

- Strong experience managing compliance and regulatory projects within financial services.

- In-depth understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.

- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across compliance, legal, risk, technology, and operations teams.

- Experience with regulatory compliance programs and audit management processes.

- Knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and requirements (preferred).

- Strong risk assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.

Education: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in a relevant field.
