Project Manager (Civil) will be responsible for managing company's greenfield and brownfield projects. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of all the projects.

1. Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

4. Ensure resource availability and allocation.

5. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

6. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

7. Report and escalate to management as needed.

8. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

10. Establish and maintain relationships with assigned third parties/vendors with respect to statutory, civil, electrical, mechanical and any other project requirements.

11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

12. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.

13. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.

14. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

15. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

16. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.

17. Use and continually develop leadership skills.

18. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.

19. Quality management - IMP.

20. Contract management (Billing, Financial, HR & legal co-ordination ) - IMP.

Educational & Skills Required:

1. B.E. (Civil) with 15-20 years of relevant working experience.

2. Proven working experience in project management.

3. Project Management Professional (PMP).

4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Projects.

5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
