Role Overview:
- The Project Manager will lead the civil construction and internal finishes works of a residential project, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to client quality and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil construction and interior finishes works in line with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Track long-lead procurement items and ensure timely delivery to site for meeting project milestones.
- Drive and coordinate with the main contractor to ensure adequate manpower, plant, and materials are deployed.
- Conduct site meetings with contractors, provide necessary clearances, and resolve construction bottlenecks.
- Ensure strict compliance with client safety protocols and approved quality standards.
- Coordinate regularly with the internal MEP team to align the sequencing of civil and MEP activities.
- Monitor and ensure all materials are planned and delivered as per the project schedule.
- Prepare and circulate weekly progress reports in coordination with the internal team.
- Proactively manage project execution to achieve completion as per timelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (Postgraduate in Project Management preferred).
- 8-12 years of experience in managing civil construction and internal finishes work in residential projects.
