Project Manager - Civil

About:

- Thorough Drawing study and raising timely RFI

- Follow-up for drawings, material, and decisions

- Ensuring Timely raising of PR/SR

- Follow up with a contractor for material and manpower, equipment, etc

- Adherence to Quality SOPs, RMC SOP

- Checking and approval of all checklists & pour cards

- Raising issues to CEO in case of quality, schedule & safety

- Co-ordination between different contractors and agencies to maintain the project the speed at the site

- Contractor's material cross-verification for quality and quantity before the start of the activity and whenever required

- Permission of de-shuttering for all RCC components & post-concrete rectification, if any

- To supervise all major concrete at the site and given area of work

- Responsible for all areas of quality checking

- Performance measure of all staff below and reporting to the CEO

- Discuss the practical problems faced during execution with PM and help in finding a suitable solution to CEO

- Responsible for Reconciliation of Steel and RMC and company-supplied material

- To assist to prepare necessary R.A. bills and final bills as per the work stage

- Check any rectifications of structural work pointed out by consultants

- Communicate all necessary information from the senior staff to the junior staff Visit Architects, Structural Consultants, and any other outside offices as per instructions by CEO.

- To attend to the visitors and clients

-Prepare a snag list & clearing the snag points for handover from the contractor

- To follow the company Safety norms, and procedures and to report incidents to Safety department

- Ensure all the openings are covered with permanent barricading

3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Education: Requirement B.E CIVIL

Work Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in high rise residential project.

Language skills: Hindi, English Required

KSA Multiple projects handling experience

Proven experience as construction project manager

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
