Responsibilities

As a Project Manager - Change & Operations, you will:

1. Lead and manage complex change management and operational improvement projects end-to-end(Non-it Projects).

2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement solutions tied to organizational objectives.

3. Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

4. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards within agreed timelines and scope.

5. Effectively manage communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

6. Use data-driven insights to measure the impact of implemented projects and make informed decisions.

7. Champion diversity, equality, and inclusion in all aspects of project management.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

1. A relevant degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

2. 13+ years of progressive leadership experience in program/project management.

3. Expertise in change management, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

4. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma (preferred).

5. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

6. Familiarity with program management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms.

7. A demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable work environment.
