Roles and Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.


- Define and implement robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and process standardization.


- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.


- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful delivery across the project lifecycle.


- Oversee initiatives related to payment systems and credit & debit card sales, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution.


- Drive digital transformation programs to enhance operational efficiency, process automation, and customer experience.


- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and performance metrics, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.


- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies within the financial services environment.


- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, sales, and compliance teams.


Skills Required:


- Strong experience in project management within financial services, particularly in payments and cards domain.


- Proven ability to establish governance models and manage project risks effectively.


- Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis coordination, and stakeholder engagement.


- Knowledge of payment processing systems and credit & debit card sales operations.


- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.


- Understanding of digital transformation strategies and implementation frameworks (preferred).


- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.


- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
