We are looking for an experienced and strategic Project Manager Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead enterprise-level BI transformation initiatives focused on Finance and business reporting.

This role requires a strong blend of project management, stakeholder engagement, business analytics, and BI delivery expertise.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end BI projects, driving reporting transformation initiatives, collaborating with Finance and FP&A teams, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise analytics solutions.

The role involves close interaction with senior leadership, including CFO-level stakeholders, to enable data-driven business decision-making.

This is a high-impact role where you will not only manage BI projects but also contribute to shaping organizational reporting, analytics strategy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end Business Intelligence and analytics projects across Finance and business functions.

- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation plans.

- Drive successful delivery of BI initiatives within scope, budget, and timelines.

- Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder expectations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, FP&A, Technology, Data Engineering, and Operations.

- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and reporting standards.

- Track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

- Drive enterprise-wide Power BI transformation and reporting initiatives.

- Oversee the design and implementation of scalable dashboards and analytics solutions.

- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project reviews.

- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.

- Ensure alignment between business goals and analytics initiatives.

- Support establishment of BI governance frameworks and KPI standardization.

- Drive reporting automation and process optimization initiatives.

- Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, reporting logic, and project artifacts.

- Collaborate with teams to maintain data quality, governance, and security standards.

- Lead and coordinate BI analysts, reporting teams, and technical resources.

- Foster collaboration between business and technical teams.

- Support mentoring, performance management, and capability development within project teams.
