Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our building construction projects in Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and a proven track record in executing residential, commercial, or industrial building projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure alignment with execution goals.
- Allocate and optimize resources to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to meet project deliverables.
- Conduct regular project review meetings to assess progress and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Site Supervision & Quality Control:
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety norms.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and manage site execution teams for timely delivery.
- Ensure adherence to construction quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with allocated budgets.
- Track material usage and labor productivity to control expenses.
- Review and verify subcontractor bills and client invoicing in coordination with the billing team.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, milestones, and correspondence.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on progress, issues, and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 to 12 years of experience managing large-scale building construction projects.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction practices, safety standards, and project management principles.
- Proficient in project planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Sound knowledge of contract management, site execution, billing processes, and client coordination.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
