Role Description:
This is a full-time REMOTE role for a BPO Project Manager located in India. The BPO Project Manager will manage and oversee project operations, ensuring timely delivery and completion of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, managing logistics and inspections, expediting project processes, and ensuring that project goals and client satisfaction are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute BPO service delivery projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Coordinate with operations, quality, training, and client teams to align project objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee daily operations, logistics, and inspection processes to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct performance reviews, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures when required.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring strong communication and relationship management.
- Track project progress using reporting tools and deliver status updates and executive summaries.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
- Manage project escalations effectively and ensure adherence to SLA, compliance, and governance standards.
Required Skills:
- 10+ Years Experience in BPO Service Delivery
- Project Management and Client Management Roles
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field is a plus
- Experience with BPO services and US Healthcare sector is a plus
