Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning projects with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep understanding of financial services processes and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project management for strategic BFSI initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in project governance.

- Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and clients.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management, with at least 5 years in BFSI projects.

- Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, GDPR, GLBA).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with digital transformation projects in BFSI.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and fintech solutions.

- Exposure to emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, and cloud solutions in BFSI.

- Advanced analytics or AI/ML exposure in financial services.
