Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage projects related to e-Invoicing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and intercompany transactions
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and aligned with PMO standards
Key Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services domain
- In-depth understanding of e-Invoicing processes, financial operations, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e. , MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
