Responsibilities:



- Lead end-to-end project management of large and complex initiatives, particularly within digital banking, digital channels, and retail/investment banking operations.



- Define and structure project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.



- Engage and influence senior stakeholders such as Project Sponsors, Business Outcome Leads, and Technical Leads to ensure strategic alignment.



- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation and resolution strategies within structured governance.



- Coordinate and manage cross-functional, cross-geographical teams, facilitating seamless collaboration across global time zones.



- Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining strict adherence to compliance and risk management standards.



- Apply critical thinking and structured problem-solving to manage ambiguity and transform complex challenges into practical, actionable solutions.



- Promote customer empathy and business commerciality throughout project delivery to drive a better user experience and business value.



- Deliver regular high-quality reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations on project progress and outcomes.



- Take accountability and ownership by playing multiple roles to ensure successful project outcomes and fostering team collaboration.



Requirements:



- Key Skills: Project Management, Digital Banking, Retail Banking Operations, Investment Banking, Digital Transformation, Digital Channels.



- 15+ years of total experience, including strong exposure to large-scale, complex global projects.



- Proven ability to manage high-stakes programmes within digital or investment/retail banking environments.



- Experience influencing senior leadership, including Sponsors and Leads across business and technology functions.



- Ability to shape, structure, and solve complex problems, and deliver end-to-end visibility with a focus on customer and business impact.



- Capability to challenge the status quo, suggest alternatives, and make recommendations in ambiguous situations.



- Experience leading diverse cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.



- Strong capabilities in communication, leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, problem-solving, presentation, and collaboration.



- Self-starter with a self-driven approach to execution and delivery.



- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e. g., Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or IT-related discipline).



Additional valuable skills:



- Programme Management, Global Mindset, Customer Empathy.



- Hands-on with Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.



- Understanding of Business Commerciality, Team Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Financial oversight, and Risk Management.



- Strong negotiation skills and thought leadership.



- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrices.



- Project management certifications like SAFe 2.0 SPC or Agile PM are a plus.
