Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide audit & compliance governance, execution excellence, and organizational growth initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for strengthening internal controls, compliance frameworks, leadership capability, and execution rhythm across the organization.
The role will work closely with the CEOs Office, PMO, Delivery Leadership, HR/L&D, and Executive Stakeholders to ensure alignment, scalability, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Governance, Audit & Compliance:
- Own and manage internal audit frameworks and compliance programs including ISO, SOC2, and customer-specific audits
- Lead audit planning, execution, closure, and reporting
- Drive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) programs and ensure timely closure
- Ensure ongoing audit readiness for customer, partner, and regulatory audits
- Establish governance standards, controls, and documentation practices
Strategic Execution & PMO Leadership:
- Drive organizational execution rhythm through structured governance and review mechanisms
- Lead and institutionalize OKR frameworks across teams and leadership
- Track and report progress on strategic initiatives with data-driven insights
- Partner with PMO and Delivery teams to ensure execution discipline and predictability
Leadership Development & Organizational Growth:
- Partner with HR and Leadership to strengthen leadership development and L&D programs
- Build leadership pipelines and succession readiness
- Drive initiatives that enhance organizational culture, accountability, and performance
- Coach senior managers on execution, governance, and leadership best practices
CEO Office & Strategic Initiatives:
- Lead CEO-office initiatives, cross-functional programs, and transformation efforts
- Support partnership development, market expansion, and growth strategies
- Provide structured analysis, dashboards, and executive-level reporting for decision-making
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in PMO, Governance, Audit, and Compliance
- Hands-on exposure to ISO, SOC2, internal audits, and customer audits
- Proven ability to drive OKRs, execution frameworks, and strategic programs
- Strong stakeholder management across executive and delivery teams
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change-management capabilities
Experience & Background:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- PMO / Program Management
- Audit & Compliance
- Governance & Risk
- HR / L&D Leadership
- Strategy or Management Consulting
- Experience in technology services, IT, or consulting organizations preferred
