Role: Project Manager - Audit Rotation and Pursuits

Designation: Manager/Assistant Manager

Team: Clients & Markets / BD Audit Rotation and Pursuits

Locations: Mumbai / Delhi

CTC Budget: 18 LPA for AM / 27 LPA for Manager

Experience: 3-5 Yrs

Key responsibilities:

- Maintain and publish monthly tracker on Audit Clients of the firm including tracking auditors ranking, upcoming audit rotations, rotation in/out ratio

- Leverage different databases for data extraction and develop interactive dashboards for audit clients and rotation mapping

- Develop and maintain interactive trackers for mapping relationships for Independent Directors/Non-Executive Directors for key pursuits

- Prepare and provide company insights/ research insights to Audit team for upcoming rotations and accordingly support in future projections

- Support proposals team for preparation of proposals/ pitches with relevant audit work related credentials

- Connect with partners on periodic basis on status of Audit Pursuits/ clients

- Support firms key initiatives to drive business growth through engage with senior leaders to develop strategy for both existing and target companies from audit rotation perspective

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Masters Degree would be a plus

- At least 3-5 years of experience preferably in a Project Management & Data Research role with proven ability to manage multiple projects and handle strategic initiatives

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets along with strong interpersonal skills to manage key stakeholders

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce high quality research output

- Highly proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel, PPT, and Word

- Proficiency in using research tools and databases (e.g., Capital IQ) will be a plus

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ideal profile:

- Someone with prior experience in an Audit Markets function, possessing a strong understanding of audit practices, who has worked on GTM strategies for audit rotation programs, and is hands-on with data reporting and project management.
