ABOUT THE ROLE:

My Client is hiring for Project Manager AI Delivery for a fast-scaling enterprise B2B SaaS platform that is redefining customer experience using AI, LLMs, and conversational automation.

In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of AI and LLM-based solutions for large enterprise clients ranging from chatbots and voice bots to omnichannel conversational AI workflows working closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.

This role is ideal for professionals who want to be at the intersection of AI execution, enterprise delivery, and real business impact.

DETAIL JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own end-to-end delivery of AI and LLM-powered projects including conversational AI, chatbots, and voicebots for enterprise customers.

- Act as the primary client-facing owner, managing scope, timelines, expectations, and delivery outcomes.

- AI Solution Design & LLM Architecture Alignment

- You act as the bridge between business needs and AI architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design conversational flows (chat & voice)

- Define Prompt strategy, Context management & Response confidence thresholds.

- Translate CX and business requirements into AI delivery plans, conversational flows, and execution roadmaps

Hands-on usage of LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notebook LLM, etc.) to:

- Design and test prompts

- Validate responses

- Optimize AI behavior for production use

- Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality delivery.

- Drive AI adoption, performance optimization, and continuous improvement post go-live.

- Ensure enterprise-grade delivery standards including accuracy, reliability, data security, and CX outcomes

SOME BASIC REQIREMENNT :

1. 5 to 12 years of experience in project delivery, program management, or solution delivery

2. Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience delivering AI or LLM-based solutions.

3. Proven experience delivering chatbots, voicebots, or conversational AI in production

4. Strong client-facing experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS environments.

5. Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.

6. Ability to balance business expectations with AI and technical realities.

Core Skills (Must-Have):

- AI Project Management

- LLM-based Solution Delivery

- Conversational AI / Chatbots / Voicebots

- Experience in AI/CX/SaaS companies or platforms similar to conversational AI or CRM solutions is highly preferred.
