Project Manager - Agritech

Job Description:

- Support the project management deliverables during implementation of agritech and channel engagement programs.

- Coordinate between client and internal tech teams during new client install, onboarding and integration.

- Liaison between different internal teams for project delivery and updates.

- Perform the role of a business analyst during requirement gathering, technical analysis of the requirement and documentation of requirements.

- Translate on-ground realities of the agri value chain - farmers, FPOs, dealers, retailers, field sales teams and agronomists - into clear functional requirements for the product and tech teams.

- Support pilot rollouts, field testing and user adoption drives across rural and semi-urban geographies.

- Help in creating process documents, requirement templates, user training material and standard operating procedures.

- Help in evaluating new change requests and enhancement to the existing solutions available with Elevatoz.

- Track program metrics such as enrolment, scan/claim volumes, redemption and engagement, and support the client with periodic reporting and insights.

Requirements:

- Prior experience working on agritech projects or with agri-input, seed, crop protection, fertilizer, farm mechanization, dairy or rural fintech organisations.

- Working understanding of the agri value chain, distributor-dealer-retailer networks, FPOs and farmer engagement models.

- Exposure to Open source technologies like PHP, EXT JS, .NET technologies.

- Sound knowledge in latest technologies available in the market.

- Knowledge on SQL or ORACLE.

- The successful candidate should have 3 - 4 plus years experience in project implementation or program delivery.

- Should have experience working with different teams during project implementation.

- Comfortable with field visits, farmer/dealer interactions and travel to rural and semi-urban locations as required.

- Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities.

- Negotiation skills and an ability to handle chaos.
