Position Summary:


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in advertising or creative agencies.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of advertising, branding, and digital marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.


You will serve as the key liaison between clients, internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production), and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning & Execution


- Lead and manage the full project lifecyclefrom brief to deliveryfor integrated marketing and advertising campaigns.


- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.


- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.


- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets, digital content, media plans, and production deliverables.


Client & Stakeholder Management


- Serve as the point of contact for clients on day-to-day project updates, requirements, and approvals.


- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creative, media, digital, content, and account teams) to align on project goals.


- Manage client expectations, feedback loops, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.


Cross-Functional Coordination


- Facilitate collaboration across creative, copy, media, design, digital production, and technical teams.


- Organize and lead internal reviews, status meetings, and feedback sessions.


- Coordinate with vendors and third-party agencies for outsourced deliverables (e.g., printing, video production, digital tools).


Budget & Resource Management


- Track budgets, resource usage, and billing schedules.


- Identify scope changes and manage change requests or revisions.


- Ensure all deliverables meet agency standards and client expectations.


Quality Assurance & Risk Management


- Review deliverables for quality, brand consistency, and accuracy.


- Identify potential risks or blockers early and resolve them through effective stakeholder communication.


- Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.


- 5- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in a creative, digital, or advertising agency.


- Strong understanding of creative workflows, campaign lifecycles, and media buying timelines.


- Familiarity with digital and print advertising channels (social media, display, OOH, TV, print, etc.


- Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, Wrike, Basecamp, or Monday.com
