Candidate should 6+ years of experience in Retail project roll-outs/furnishing/fixture roll outs. Should have depth knowledge of Signage, In-Shop paint branding, material knowledge, i.e, wood, type of plastic, metal etc KEY SKILLS : - Coordinating with client regarding current and upcoming business. - Business generation for existing clients. - Responsible for the Production & Operational planning for Retail Interior, Signage's, Fixtures, Exhibition & Events projects. - Detailed knowledge of Printing Industry i.e. Material & Machinery (Digital Printing, Eco Solvent Printing, Solvent Printing). - Strong Knowledge of Production (Wood, MS, SS, Paint, Acrylic) - Hands on experience of Signage's (ACP Signage's, Flex Signage's, LED Signage's) - End to end operational & production planning of the projects. - Coordinating with sales team for new ideas for branding & POS. - Making BOM & BOQ, Checking project files and drawings. - Making SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) for Projects as per the requirement. AREA OF EXPERTISE - Completion of all projects in defined timeline. - Making & Implementing operation plan. - Providing report on project basis to the senior team on weekly basis. - Generation of Internal Projects Estimates. - Vendor & Contractor selection & negotiation. - Keen eye on operations team to finish the project on timelines. - Create a database of vendors across India to get 3rd party execution. - Sustaining the team and adding value add to the team - Making Operational, Production & Dispatch Calendar for internal review of the projects.
