We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in General Banking and Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking products such as Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, Mortgages, and Digital products, along with experience managing technology projects across requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation.

The candidate should be capable of leading cross-functional teams, managing project deliverables, coordinating with business and technology stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of complex banking initiatives in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of banking, digital transformation, and technology projects from initiation through implementation.

- Manage projects involving Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, Mortgages, Digital Banking, and AI-enabled solutions.

- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables.

- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, and validation for complex banking and digital initiatives.

- Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technology, Development, QA, Architecture, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Oversee activities across application requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation.

- Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables and ensure timely resolution of blockers.

- Lead project governance meetings, status reviews, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions.

- Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.

- Ensure effective coordination between business and technical teams and drive decisions required to keep projects on track.

- Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve customer journeys, processes, and technology capabilities.

- Apply Agile methodologies to manage delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, prioritization, and delivery tracking.

- Ensure project documentation, requirements, decisions, risks, and other SDLC artefacts are maintained appropriately.

- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and ways of working.

- Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure commitments are met within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7-10 years of overall experience, with significant experience in General Banking Project Management.

- Strong experience managing technology projects in Banking / Financial Services.

- Hands-on project experience across one or more areas such as Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, Mortgages, Digital Banking, or Digital Transformation.

- Good understanding of banking products, processes, and customer journeys.

- Experience managing projects through the end-to-end SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Strong Business Analysis capabilities with experience in requirements elicitation, functional analysis, gap analysis, and requirement specification.

- Good understanding of AI technologies and their application within digital banking or financial services is preferred.

- Strong experience working in Agile environments and managing cross-functional delivery teams.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, dependencies, risks, and project deliverables simultaneously.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, product, technology, and senior management teams.

- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills.

- Strong ownership and ability to drive tasks and deliverables independently.
