Project Manager

Project Manager:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering strategic business initiatives while ensuring projects are completed within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.

- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost objectives.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.

- Collaborate with senior leadership, business teams, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional departments.

- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource utilization.

- Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks while implementing mitigation strategies.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.

- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and executive presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- MBA or Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) will be an added advantage.

- 8 - 10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or PMO roles.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project governance, budgeting, and resource planning.

- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Planner will be preferred.
