Description:
Project Manager
Own execution of complex, cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end project execution across engineering, ops, and business teams
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk frameworks
- Identify blockers early and proactively resolve dependencies
- Manage stakeholder communication and reporting (weekly updates, exec summaries)
- Implement scalable processes to improve delivery velocity and quality
Requirements:
- 2 TO 6 years in project/program management or ops-heavy roles
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems, including model training, evaluation, and feedback loops (e.g., RLHF, eval frameworks)
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with technical teams (engineering/data)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive execution in highly cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Experience managing technical or data-heavy projects with multiple dependencies
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing requirements
