Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-driven Project Manager who can take ownership of project delivery, task tracking, and timeline management across multiple initiatives.

This role is focused on turning plans into actionable tasks, ensuring accountability, and driving projects to completion without delays.

The ideal candidate should be extremely organized, proactive with follow-ups, and comfortable managing multiple communication channels and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Task Management

- Convert project plans into structured tasks with clear owners and deadlines using ClickUp.

- Track daily progress across all projects and ensure tasks are moving as planned.

- Ensure all deliverables are completed within defined timelines.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

- Conduct weekly project reviews and update project status (On Track / Delayed / Blocked).

- Maintain clear visibility of project progress, risks, and delivery timelines for leadership.

- Create and maintain project trackers, reports, and dashboards.

Stakeholder Communication

- Manage heavy internal and external communication across teams and stakeholders.

- Coordinate across multiple communication channels to ensure alignment between teams and project goals.

- Provide regular updates and escalate issues proactively.

Issue Resolution & Escalation

- Identify project delays or blockers early and escalate appropriately.

- Work with relevant teams to unblock issues quickly and maintain delivery momentum.

Tools & Systems (Hands-on experience required)

- ClickUp Project and task management (primary system)

- Microsoft Teams Communication and collaboration

- Excel / Google Sheets Reporting, trackers, and progress monitoring

Requirements

- 3 to 6 years of experience in project management, operations, or execution roles.

- Experience managing multiple projects with strict timelines and dependencies.

- Strong execution mindset with consistent follow-ups.

- Highly organized and structured in managing tasks and priorities.

- Comfortable pushing teams for updates and ensuring accountability.

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle pressure.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Graduate from IIT, IIM, or other Tier-1 institutes (preferred).

- Strong ownership mindset with high accountability for delivery.

- Ability to align multiple teams and keep projects moving forward efficiently.

- Comfortable managing complex workflows, stakeholders, and communication channels
