Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with AI/ML delivery experience to lead end-to-end execution of Artificial Intelligence initiatives for a US-based client. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full lifecycle from discovery, data preparation, model development, deployment, and post-production support.

- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product owners, and client stakeholders.

- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards.

- Track KPIs, risks, and dependencies; proactively mitigate project issues.

- Communicate project status, insights, and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Coordinate with US client teams across time zones.

- Support AI governance, compliance, and model monitoring processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6+ years of project/program management experience with recent AI/ML project exposure.

- Strong understanding of AI concepts: NLP, computer vision, generative AI, model lifecycle, MLOps.

- Experience managing cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills (US client exposure preferred).

- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP / Scrum Master certification.

- Experience working with Generative AI / LLM initiatives.

- Familiarity with data engineering pipelines and APIs.

- Exposure to AI product development or platform builds.
