Description:
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Stakeholder & Team Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, design, operations, and vendors
- Facilitate clear communication, alignment, and collaboration across teams
Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints early
- Develop mitigation plans and manage issue resolution
- Escalate risks and blockers appropriately
Budget & Resource Management:
- Track project budgets, costs, and utilization
- Manage internal resources and third-party vendors effectively
- Ensure optimal use of time, tools, and talent
Reporting & Governance:
- Track project progress using KPIs and milestones
- Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- Maintain project documentation, plans, and change logs
Process & Continuous Improvement:
- Follow Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Drive process improvements and best practices in project execution
- Conduct retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, Confluence)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
