Key Responsibilities:

- Project Delivery Management

- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of customer projects across very large, complex, multi-region, or global environments.

- Handle high-risk and high-complexity engagements involving legal, commercial, and operational challenges.

- Ensure all project objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met as per approved scope and quality standards.

- Project Financial Management

- Manage project budgets and ensure financial performance meets or exceeds approved targets.

- Provide accurate and reliable financial forecasts and status updates to senior management.

- Drive cost optimization and ensure strong financial governance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Client Relationship Management

- Manage senior and executive-level (C Suite) customer relationships across multi-functional and global delivery engagements.

- Communicate value propositions clearly, demonstrating how project outcomes align with customer business goals.

- Serve as the primary escalation point and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Project Team Leadership

- Lead and manage large, multi-disciplinary project teams of 40+ internal and external resources.

- Mentor and develop project team members, enabling skill growth, collaboration, and performance excellence.

- Contribute to performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development for key contributors.

- Act as a role model, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.

- 6 - 12 years of proven experience in project management roles.

- PMP Certification - preferred.

- Agile Scrum Certification - preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, policies, and operational processes.

- Extensive understanding of advanced project management techniques for large-scale enterprise projects.

- Strong understanding of Datacenter operations, Application Migrations, Implementations, and DevOps solution rollouts.

- Proven experience working with Cloud Solutions and related IT technologies.

- Recognized leadership within the project management community.

- Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Complexity of Work:

- Responsible for complex, large-scale projects requiring evaluation of multiple variables and significant judgment.

- Delivers projects impacting multiple client divisions or enterprise-wide environments.

- May lead a portfolio of projects or manage a program, supervising other Project Managers.

- Works on multi-function, multi-vendor, and potentially global project engagements.

- Manages projects requiring advanced scheduling, resource coordination, and deadline-driven execution
