Job Description:

Function: Technical Management Project Management

The Project Manager oversees delivery across multiple agile teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical milestones, and stakeholder expectations.

They are responsible for planning, risk management, and ensuring quality within time and budget.

Responsibilities:

- Manage software projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Plan sprints, allocate resources, and track progress in Azure DevOps.

- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, development, and QA teams.

- Monitor project KPIs and report status updates to leadership.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

- Promote secure coding and deployment practices across teams.

Requirments:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or related discipline.

- Minimum 5 years' experience.

- Proven experience managing.

- NET and cloud-based software projects.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps-driven delivery.

- Proficiency in Azure DevOps project management and reporting.

- Excellent communication and risk management abilities.

- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity in their day-to-day work.

Preferred / Plus Factors:

- Background in ERP or warehouse management implementations.

- Familiarity with Power BI for project analytics dashboards
