
The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing the completion of IT projects and transition programs. Depending on the complexity of the project, the PM will manage at least one, but typically several projects simultaneously. Projects can range from large complex, client facing IT outsourcing transitions programs to internal strategic or tactical IT initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Deliverables-based project plans with related milestones for accurate project tracking using Bell Techlogix project management process.
- Lead teams of subject matter experts to achieve committed project scope and performance.
- Monitor and regularly report on progress of the project, risks, resource constraints, scope changes, and budget variations to project sponsor and stakeholders.
- Escalate issues, risks, and gaps both internally and to clients as required to ensure execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects meet overall objectives, quality and user requirements follow company standards.
- Manage project budget and communicate variances to project stakeholder.
- Track project deliverables and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Support the Sales team in a client facing role to demonstrate Bell Techlogix project management expertise and process maturity.
- Facilitate project scope definition and completion of scope of work documents.
- Negotiate with Bell Techlogix work stream leaders to staff projects properly.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent technical and business experience.
- 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong record of client satisfaction.
- Proven experience managing relationships with all levels of management, staff, clients, and vendors.
- Experience leading and managing projects with a track record of delivering on-time and on budget projects with high client satisfaction.
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, including Project, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and various internet browsers.
Preferred Education, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experience in ServiceNow
- PMP Certification
- ITIL Certification

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent issues with exceptional follow through.
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams and report to multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to explain product material to a variety of audiences at all levels of the business.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
