Project Manager

- We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team at 2Base Technologies.

- In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

- Facilitate and document project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project evaluations, ensuring follow-ups are tracked.

- Communicate project progress, challenges, and key updates to stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.

- Mentor and oversee team members, ensuring their professional growth, training, and on-the-job delivery.

- Oversee and guide project teams, including internal staff, external vendors, and contractors, ensuring effective resource utilization.

- Govern development, design, integration, and testing activities, ensuring best practices are followed.

- Evaluate and optimize workflows, making recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and delivery.

- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of different project components.

Requirements:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, training, and experience.

- 4- 6 years coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

- Experience with Web & Mobile projects is an added advantage.

- Experience working with an agile software development team.

- Strong proofreading/grammar skills for technical documents.

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills who values communication, collaboration ,and coordination.

- Proven success as a problem-solver possesses a data-driven yet common sense approach to execution.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Ability to learn and utilize new software as required
