- We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale, complex programs across cross-functional teams.

- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a proactive leader, and a collaborative problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments.

- The candidate should have experience in leading projects during transitions like mergers, acquisitions or demergers.

Project roles and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for large and complex programs.

- Experience in transformation projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

- Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, including executive leadership.

- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Utilize tools like Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.

- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence.

- Goals and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ years of professional experience in project/program management.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects in a cross-functional environment.

- Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a can-do mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

- Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.

- Background in Pharma/Healthcare and/or Cyber Projects is a plus.
