Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management and for supporting the program management team, key stakeholders, and the leadership team. The role requires close collaboration with the CEO and active involvement in strategic decision-making by advising, guiding, and helping implement processes, strategies, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective cross-functional coordination.

- Support the program management team, stakeholders, and senior management in planning, tracking, and execution.

- Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, providing insights, recommendations, and operational support.

- Implement processes, strategies, and policies to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Qualifications

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputed institute.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a project management role.

- PMP certification preferred.

- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and handle high-visibility projects.
