About the Role:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing, leading, and coordinating all activities within the fabrication and installation departments. This role ensures that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards and industry best practices. The Project Manager will work closely with the Project Management team and cross-functional department heads to ensure all engineering, CAD, and programming deliverables are ready for execution. Additionally, the role involves managing external vendors, subcontractors, and outsourced partners to support installation activities.

The ideal candidate will also mentor technical staff, drive operational excellence, and maintain smooth coordination across all internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company quality standards.

- Oversee and manage subcontractors, outsourced fabrication partners, and installation vendors.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely execution.

- Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and maintain documentation and reports.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance standards, and operational best practices.

- Evaluate and optimize fabrication and installation processes for improved efficiency.

- Mentor, guide, and support technical staff to enhance team performance and skill development.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to resolve issues, provide clarifications, and ensure seamless project execution.
