About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology and business projects.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
As a Project Manager, you will serve as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership driving clarity, accountability, and success across all phases of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage day-to-day project execution and monitor progress against plans and timelines.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and issues, and develop mitigation or contingency plans.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and governance models (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and senior leadership.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues through regular reports, dashboards, and meetings.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between business, technical, QA, and operations teams.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.
- Budgeting & Resource Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking to ensure financial discipline.
- Allocate and optimize resources to achieve maximum project efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to plan for staffing and skill development.
- Quality Assurance & Risk Management
- Establish project quality standards and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
- Proactively identify project risks and manage them through structured risk management processes.
- Lead change management processes to handle scope adjustments and ensure business value delivery.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional project teams.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Mentor team members on project management best practices, communication, and time management.
- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure professional growth opportunities.
- Process Improvement
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the PMO (Project Management Office).
- Implement process automation and reporting improvements to streamline execution.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned for future projects.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 5-7 years of total experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager leading medium to large-scale projects.
- Proven experience managing software development, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong command of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and IT delivery models.
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional global teams
