Join our Strategy, Risk & Transaction team as a Project Manager Credit Risk & Internal Rating Models (IRB) and play a key role in driving regulatory risk initiatives, credit model governance, and end-to-end delivery of complex financial risk projects.

What Youll Do:

- Lead projects focused on credit risk management, internal rating models, and regulatory compliance.

- Manage stakeholder relationships across business, risk, and technology teams.

- Work closely with global heads, product owners, and analysts to deliver strategic outcomes.

- Drive implementation of IRB PD, LGD, EAD, and maturity models.

- Oversee governance, prioritization, and portfolio delivery.

- Ensure projects meet high standards of documentation, control, and compliance.

- Support decision-making with data-driven insights under tight timelines.

Key Skills:

Must-Have:

- Deep understanding of credit lifecycle management and credit risk modeling.

- Expertise in PD/LGD/EAD frameworks, stress testing, and model validation.

- Strong knowledge of credit risk losses, expected/unexpected/stress loss concepts.

- Proven experience managing risk transformation or regulatory projects.

- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.

Good-to-Have:

- Experience in banking, financial services, or consulting environments.

- Familiarity with Basel and regulatory capital requirements.

Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent Masters degree.

- PMP or PRINCE2 Project Management certification preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in credit risk or financial risk management projects.
