Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and organized Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders while ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with business goals. You will play a critical role in cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and delivering measurable business value through structured project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans including schedules, resource allocation, milestones, and

budgets.

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, operations, etc.) through all phases of the project lifecycle.

- Track project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet targets.

- Proactively identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reporting to stakeholders.

- Communicate regularly with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and transparency.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.

- Conduct project post-mortems and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and tools
