
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader with a hands-on approach to delivery and deep familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans using tools like MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and schedules to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications.
- Manage expectations and maintain transparency with clients, business units, and senior management.
- Lead cross-functional teams and assign tasks based on strengths and availability.
- Conduct regular status meetings and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks, roadblocks, and interdependencies early in the project lifecycle.
- Implement mitigation plans and maintain issue logs to ensure continuity and recovery.
- Maintain change logs and manage scope creep through structured change management processes.
- Manage project budgets, track spending, and report variances.
- Forecast and allocate resources efficiently, avoiding bottlenecks or overutilization.
- Optimize resource productivity while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure deliverables meet predefined quality benchmarks and client expectations.
- Conduct post-project evaluations (retrospectives) to document lessons learned and drive improvements.
- Comply with internal governance, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field (MBA/PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus).
- 5-7 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects, preferably in IT, software, digital transformation, or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
- Exposure to enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), cloud transformation, or DevOps practices.
- Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment.
- Experience with remote/distributed teams and global stakeholders
