Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks and workstreams independently, ensuring effective execution of project plans.
- Conduct critical thinking in data collection and complex analysis to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; summarize findings and develop actionable conclusions.
- Delegate tasks efficiently to junior staff while overseeing the overall quality of project deliverables.
- Execute project workplans, escalate risks and barriers promptly, and coordinate communication with clients to meet project delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with internal team members during project delivery, presenting key takeaways, providing project updates, and managing project logistics.
- Apply proven methodologies and best practices tailored to unique client situations; work closely with project teams and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions to complex business problems.
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior team members through performance management.
Core Qualifications
- Bachelors /master's degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Preferably 1-2 years of consulting experience.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising or mentoring team members.
- Must be located in or near Bangalore as the role requires onsite presence
