POSITION DETAILS:


Position Title: Project Manager

Reports To: Regional Lead - Projects


Experience: 8-15 Years


Location: Multiple


Team Size: Individual Contributor

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Key Responsibilities:


Planning & organizing -


- Based on approved design & BOQ specifications, align with site vendors / PMC to kick off Project.

- Proactively monitor all aspects of deliverables (drawings tracker / material tracker direct & vendor) / weekly reports including Risk Register, Client specific requirements & flag issues / mitigation plans

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Spearheads development of a plan to achieve the project objectives

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress


Monitoring and Quality of the project -


- Manage and monitor execution as per approved Project schedule thus managing the changes to the project scope, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document need

- Ensure quality parameters are met in all Projects implemented as per Quality standards identified / benchmarked as per TS Standards and Client specifications


Process & Compliance Management -


- Ensure Delivery Portal (Project Plan / Site Photos / Weekly Updates, etc) is updated and project delivery is monitored using the portal.

- Ensure all checklists / documentation as per process requirement is updated as per site requirements.

- Manage compliances and EHS in accordance Local regulations within the state and client specific requirements. Cost Management & On Time Delivery

- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

- Closely monitor each project as per detailed Project Plan and ensure all milestones are met as planned


Relationship & Team Management -


- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels

- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

- Use and continually develop leadership skills

- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
