
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of application implementation projects within defined scope, time, and budget.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance processes, and reporting standards.
- Communicate project progress and key updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Coordinate with vendor and client teams during deployment and post-implementation
support phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on application/software implementation.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, risk, and
resource management.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IWMS platforms (e.g., Archibus, TRIRIGA, Planon) or background in
Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or facilities management systems.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent Project Management Certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
