Key Responsibilities

- SDLC Mastery: Lead end-to-end project execution across all phases - from requirements to deployment.

- Post-Sales Project Ownership: Own timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments post-sales.

- Agile Excellence: Conduct Sprint Planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure continuous delivery.

- Client Champion: Lead client meetings, communicate progress, and manage expectations.

- Team Leader & Conflict Resolver: Motivate teams, handle challenges with ease, and foster collaboration.

- Vendor Wrangler: Coordinate seamlessly with vendors and partners to ensure deliverables align.

- Multitask Like a Pro: Manage multiple projects under pressure - without dropping the ball.
