Project Manager
About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Project Manager who can effectively plan, coordinate, and implement projects while staying within the agreed-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You'll be responsible for monitoring project deliverables, providing clear updates to stakeholders, and coaching your team to success.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Implementation: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring they align with established budget, timeline, and scope.
- Stakeholder Communication: Continuously monitor project deliverables and provide timely, clear updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
- Team Leadership & Support: Coach and provide support to project team members on assigned tasks, fostering their development and ensuring task completion.
- Technology Oversight: Oversee projects involving Java Script and front-end or back-end technologies.
- Methodology Adherence: Drive project execution using Agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing projects, including managing budget, timeline, and scope.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Java Script and experience with either front-end or back-end technologies.
- Agile Methodology: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile project management principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly to diverse audiences.
- Leadership & Mentoring: Demonstrated ability to coach, support, and guide project team members.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
