Job description:
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle, from project kick-off through go-live and handover.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, support, testing) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and timelines.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to clients and leadership.
- Ensure strong client relationships throughout the project, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.
- Document implementation processes, gather client feedback, and support post-implementation transitions.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for implementation and onboarding.
