Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager IoT / Project Management to lead and manage projects in the Life Sciences domain, with a strong focus on IoT implementations.

This role will involve end-to-end project management including planning, estimation, resourcing, execution, audits, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the management, design, development, and maintenance of business applications, with emphasis on IoT projects in the Life Sciences domain.

- Oversee production support processes, including troubleshooting/debugging, resolving data/code issues in DEV/TST environments, and managing migrations to PROD.

- Manage client communications, understand new contracts, perform project estimation, resource planning, and overall project operations.

- Handle complete project management activities including proposal creation, detailed project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.

- Perform and oversee all iManage activities such as project creation and invoicing.

- Manage project teams effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization and team performance.
- Lead revenue projection, tracking, and management to meet business targets.

- Conduct project process audits and manage CMMI audits independently.

- Create and maintain strong project documentation and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Extensive experience in project management within the Life Sciences domain.

- Proven experience in managing IoT projects.

- ITIL certification with strong understanding of production support processes.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and test environments.

- Strong experience in project estimation, resource planning, and operational management.

- Expertise in project audits, including CMMI audits.

- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with manufacturing-specific IT projects.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

- Experience with IoT platforms and integration in Life Sciences or Manufacturing domains.
