- Plan and execute project delivery in Agile setup
- Act as Scrum Master; facilitate stand-ups, retrospectives, demos
- Maintain project health metrics and remove blockers
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Must-Have Skills:
- 59 years of IT project management experience
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Tools: JIRA, MS Project, Confluence
- Risk, resource, and communication management
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- CSM, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification
- Exposure to CI/CD & DevOps processes
- Client-facing experience
