Exp: Years of experience: 3-4 Years Location: Bangalore Responsibilities: - Understand a projects scope and create documents for project requirements (WBS or Module-wise Work Breakdown Structure, Project Plan). - Interaction with Client and communicating the above clearly with proper timelines. - Conduct project meetings to communicate Client expectations, project expectations, and timelines with the team. - Manage the project estimating activities - Monitor projects on a regular basis, evaluating progress and quality, and managing issue resolution process to ensure corrective actions are taken - Maintain the quality of all project document/data to assure the integrity of a project - Work with the project manager to report analysed data and communicate results to Operations team - Coordinate schedule of activities related to the project Key Skills : - Essential for conveying ideas, expectations, and feedback clearly to team members and stakeholders. - Inspiring and guiding the team towards project goals. - Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. - Quickly identifying issues and developing effective solutions. - Keeping track of project details and ensuring everything is on schedule. - Anticipating potential risks and creating strategies to mitigate them. - Ensuring the project stays within financial constraints. - Working with stakeholders and vendors to achieve favorable outcomes.
