Project Management Specialist - Electrical/Avionics/Aerospace Systems

Top Skills Required:

- Strong foundation in Project Management principles critical path methodology, theory of constraints, risk management, scope management, and project lifecycle

- Hands-on experience with Project Management tools MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Primavera, etc.

- Expertise in planning & scheduling developing integrated project plans, risk assessment, and driving execution across cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute medium to high complexity projects aligning with stakeholder objectives

- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities and drive mitigation/recovery plans

- Develop and maintain resource-loaded project schedules

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and senior leadership

- Perform trend, variance, and impact analysis for project performance

- Ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes for program initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred from a reputed university)

- 8-12 years of experience in project execution and delivery

- 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects (hardware, software, testing, suppliers, etc.)

- 5+ years of experience in risk, issue, and opportunity management

- Experience in Electrical / Avionics / Aerospace systems projects

- Strong experience with project scheduling tools like MS Project, JIRA, ADO, Primavera
