Project Management Professional - Real Estate & Infra

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management professional to lead high-stakes real estate and infrastructure developments in Pune. In this role, you will serve as the primary architect of project delivery, overseeing the entire lifecycle from conceptualization and design coordination to final handover.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, government liaisons, and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, mitigating project risks, and ensuring that our developments meet stringent quality standards while remaining on schedule and within budget, ultimately shaping the urban landscape of Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct end-to-end project execution for large-scale real estate and infrastructure assets to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.

- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to streamline approval processes and maintain compliance with local building codes.

- Manage project budgets and financial forecasting to optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment for stakeholders.

- Implement robust project monitoring frameworks to identify potential bottlenecks early and execute corrective measures before they impact project timelines.

- Lead site meetings and progress reviews to foster transparent communication between on-site teams and corporate leadership, ensuring alignment on project milestones.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex real estate lifecycles, including site development, construction management, and infrastructure integration.

- Strong proficiency in project scheduling software and financial modeling tools to track progress and manage project cash flows effectively.

- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of negotiating with vendors and navigating regulatory environments in the Pune region.

- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a high-pressure, on-site environment while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards.

- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, ideally complemented by a postgraduate qualification in Project Management or from a premier business school.

- Proven adaptability to on-site work environments, with the flexibility to manage multiple project locations across Pune as required by the business.
