The Context:
A leading real estate developer known for major residential and commercial landmarks is expanding into the hospitality sector. We are building hotels from the ground up and need a construction leader to own the entire lifecycle. You will report to the COO and take full responsibility for making these projects a reality.
The Role:
This is an execution-heavy role. We need a "builder" who lives on-site when needed. You will manage the project from the moment land is acquired until the first guest checks in.
Key responsibilities:
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire construction process, including timelines, budgets, and site teams.
- Design & Interiors: Work closely with interior designers. In hospitality, the finish is everything. You ensure fit-outs and interior quality meet luxury standards.
- Vendor Management: Lead and hold PMC and EPC partners accountable.
- Timeline Delivery: Ensure the transition from a raw site to a functional hospitality asset happens without delays.
Who You Are:
- Hospitality Background: You must have managed hotel construction projects. Experience in residential or commercial is a plus, but hotel experience is mandatory.
- Technical Expertise: You have a deep understanding of PMC and EPC frameworks and likely hold relevant certifications.
- Detail Oriented: You understand that building a hotel is different from building an office. You care about the "last mile" of interior finishing and operational readiness.
- Hands-on Leader: You are a fixer. You solve problems on the ground rather than just reporting them.
Why This Role?
You are joining at the "0 to 1" stage of a new hospitality vertical for a massive developer. You get the backing of an established firm but the autonomy to build a new category from scratch.
